CandyCaneCrunch Brownie Bites

You will need:

1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 cup all purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups white chocolate baking chips
1 cup CandyCaneCrunch

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray 2 24-cup mini muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in medium saucepan over LOW heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well to incorporate. Add cocoa and stir until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt, stirring well until combined.
3. Fill each muffin cup slightly more than halfway full. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a brownie bite tests clean. Allow the brownie bites to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin to cool completely.
4. Once the brownies have cooled, melt baking chips in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl. One at a time, spoon a small dollop of melted baking chips over top of each brownie bite and sprinkle with CandyCaneCrunch. Set on a wire cooling rack and allow white chocolate to harden before arranging on serving platter to enjoy.
